This is work complied from my Internships with the Southeast Missouri State football team and Tennessee State University.
During my time with the SEMO football team I worked with the coaches to make the graphics for the social media page and the recruit events (unofficial/official). Graphics included: social media posts, name tags for home games, Game Day invites, dinner mats, host itineraries for recruits, itineraries to be sent to parents and notecards. Ran the unofficial visits during home games at Houck Stadium; this included: setting up invites, catering for the event, reserving the room for recruits, and hosting the recruits and their families during the game. Also, helped with the running of Official Visits during off season.
Currently I work at Tennessee State University in Athletic Media Relations. I am the primary media contact for volleyball and Men’s/Women’s tennis. Write stories for the teams, including previews, recaps, team/player updates, etc... Run the social media accounts and make the graphics for those accounts. Update the stats for the season, keep track of milestones and records for the team/players. Coordinate with football for official visits and recruiting – graphics for the recruits, name tags, itineraries for the players/parents.
